The kitchen is led by Chef İsmail Çakır, who previously served as a culinary instructor at the esteemed Culinary Arts Academy in Istanbul. Rooted in the chef’s heartfelt farm-to-fork philosophy, our kitchen draws inspiration from the land and sea of the North Aegean.
