The kitchen is led by Chef İsmail Çakır, who previously served as a culinary instructor at the esteemed Culinary Arts Academy in Istanbul. Rooted in the chef’s heartfelt farm-to-fork philosophy, our kitchen draws inspiration from the land and sea of the North Aegean.

Every dish is crafted with ingredients that are grown, reared, or caught locally — a thoughtful blend of Mediterranean and Eastern flavours brought to life with imagination and care.

In keeping with our commitment to sustainability, we proudly collaborate with trusted local producers who share our passion for quality and seasonality. Our wine list is carefully curated to complement the character of our cuisine — expressive and balanced.

About the Chef

Chef İsmail Çakır brings formal culinary training from the Culinary Arts Academy, Istanbul, alongside years of experience working with the seasonal produce of the North Aegean. His approach marries local recipes with world-cuisine techniques.
